Who we are
Dr Gianluca Moretto
Founder
Gianluca Moretto is an experienced CIO with 20+ years of Information Technology and business management practice in both the public and private sector with key emphasis on IT governance, software development and cyber-security.
Gianluca Moretto earned a doctor of Information Sciences degree from the University of Turin (Italy) with a research thesis on Computer and Network Security, a Master Degree in Computer Science from the University of Udine and he is a Chartered Engineer by the University of Pisa.
He brings substantial international experience with blue-chip ICT firms in Europe and the US.
He served as CIO of a primary insurance/social security organization and previously served as MIS Director for the European division of a major multinational US telecommunications company.
Awarded in 2012 as Best Italian Client Driven CIO, has been widely published and has spoken frequently in the field of computer sciences, disseminating the culture of innovation and excellence.
Dr. Moretto also served as co-founder and member of the Board of the Italian chapter of itSMF, the internationally recognised independent organisation dedicated to IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
